This webinar will explore why and how to engage faith actors as change agents for positive maternal mental health. “Maternal Mental Health: A Toolkit for Engaging Faith Actors as Change Agents” created by MOMENTUM Country and Global Leadership, is designed to equip diverse faith actors with the information and tools needed to raise awareness, deconstruct myths, and address barriers that inhibit positive maternal mental health.

By the end of the webinar, participants will:

  • Recognize mental health disorders and symptoms
  • Know how to communicate to reduce stigma and misinformation on maternal mental health
  • Discuss theological dimensions and different faith messages on maternal mental health
  • Understand how to leverage social media messaging on maternal mental health for faith communities
  • Know how to promote good maternal health and self-care.
