WHO recommendations for management of serious bacterial infections in infants aged 0–59 days
Among an estimated 3 million young infants who die annually in the first 59 days of life, more than half a million of their deaths are caused by the most important serious bacterial infections (SBIs) – sepsis, meningitis and pneumonia.
